I received some unexpected and unprompted feedback today from our art manager that has been working quite a bit in the terminal this week:

“I have been impressed with how welcoming and professional the staff is throughout the building.  Equally impressed with how often things are cleaned!  I have also heard many guests in disbelief that they are in Grand Rapids because they can’t believe how nice Con A is.”

Another wonderful example of the professionalism and great work of our team (inc. facilities) and partners (inc. TPG)!
