I had a conversation with Aaron Austin, the site manager for Pomeroy Rochester Skilled Living in Rochester.  He wanted to thank our team from PGS Pontiac, (Kirt Snooks, Operations Manager, Cord Kowal, Justin Taylor, Jason Cox) for their efforts in snow management so far this season.  He let me know that he hasn’t had one complaint this season, which is a big difference from his previous contractor.  Great job keeping our snow removal properties safe for all!
