Good Morning Kristin,

Shout out to Oscar Munoz, Chris Court and the Romulus team!

After I got a call from a client yesterday asking “why hasn’t my grass been cut? I have a VIP event here at 4PM today….” I realized very quickly that I failed to communicate that the rain on Wednesday forced us to be a day behind putting his cut day to Friday.

I got with Chris and Oscar and they organized a couple of teams and had them to his property by noon and had the property complete prior to his event.

Clearly a fail on the communication and following up with clients, a simple email blast could have avoided us having to scramble to keep the client happy.

But, a HUGE shout out to Chris and Oscar for bailing me out, having my back and putting the client first!!!

I appreciate you guys greatly for acting so swiftly and getting the job done!
