A Wonderful Shout Out to Sandra Edwards! Great job being open and honest about what happened to the charging cord and then what a PRO move to go above and beyond and replace it. TPG is lucky to have a professional like you on the team. Way to go PRO!

PRO-AM 5: I TELL THE TRUTH – ESPECIALLY WHEN IT HURTS. HONESTY TRUMPS DISHONESTY EVERY TIME!

What a great morning.  Ashley from Sun just stopped in the office and wanted to compliment Sandra the cleaner on her floor. Sandra accidentally vacuumed her charging cord that she left plugged in at her desk the cord was damaged and had to be thrown out. Well when Ashley came in today and found a brand new in the box charging cord with the “sweetest note explaining what happened” it really made what was starting as a bad morning into a much better day for Ashley.  Sandra went above and beyond making sure the mistake was corrected right away.
