Earlier today some folks from Quicken Loans reached out to Veronica and I to tell us how amazing one your team members is. The team member they were talking about is named Samara and she covers the 18th floor of Chrysler House. The QL team said that Samara always has a pleasant and inviting attitude and that she goes above and beyond to ensure that the entire 18th floor is carefully tidied up. More specifically, they said there have been instances where they have lost things, such as lipstick and Samara has found the items while moving furniture to vacuum and/or mop, and she leaves the items on their desk.
Overall, the QL team is very happy with the high-level of customer service that Samara provides and just wanted to make sure she was acknowledged for her great work ethic.
