GM Powertrain team at PGS Auburn Hills

An astonishing and dynamite shout out to the GM Powertrain team at PGS Auburn Hills (Tory Odom, Kevin Carter, Jeremy Kowall and staff)! Communicating clearly and frequently is key to maintaining a great relationship with our clients. Outstanding job! Way to go PRO!

PRO-AM 7: I AM OBSESSIVE ABOUT COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY WITH MY CLIENTS AND WITH MY FELLOW PROFESSIONALS.

Tory,
Please give your team a big thank you from me on behalf of PEC leadership. Your continuous efforts and frequent communication helped us navigate through a blistering cold wintery weather mix today. Site conditions were good considering the challenges and priority changes.
In comparison, surrounding surface streets were drifted and difficult to see curb lines. I witnessed a large semi truck that was stuck crossways and blocking Glenwood Avenue.
Thanks again, and keep us posted on final recovery.

Good Evening!

We are currently wrapping things up for the day. We have the sidewalks and drive-lanes plowed and melted down pretty good. We have a team member that will be in this evening monitoring for drifting and keeping an eye on the fuel farm. We have our full team scheduled to come back in at 4am to do a full site cleanup and detail. Although there is cold temperatures forecasted for tomorrow, there is supposed to be some sunshine, which should help everything melt down after we clean it up.
