A wonderful, spectacular, fantastically huge shout out to Paul Feugate and the team at Independence Center for scoring 100% on their secret shop evaluation!  Restrooms and food courts are the most frequented areas in shopping centers and tend to be the grossest, but TPG professionals bring their “A” game! Not only receiving top marks in these high traffic areas but getting bonus points as well! Great job team! Your attention to detail is outstanding!

I wanted to pass along the following to you with a sincere thank you for making this a near perfect Secret Shop (see link, below).  While the score of 100% would typically indicate a perfect shop, we received ‘bonus’ points for the cleanliness in the restrooms (22/18) and overall appearance of the common areas (7/6) and of the food court (7/6) .  Please pass along my gratitude to the employees who were working between 6:40 – 7:10 p.m. on Wednesday, 11/9.
