A Helpful and Kind Shout Out to Patrick Sobieck & Amber Furton. Doing whatever it takes can mean many things and in this case it was taking the time to help a customer find her missing keys. The customer wasn’t told “that is not my job” or “I’m too busy”. She was helped out, by two PROfessionals who work with integrity, and knew to just do the right thing. Great job Patrick & Amber! Way to go PRO!

One of our tenants in Suite 402/403 on Tuesday misplaced her keys.  She had called AAA and they were unable to help her get into her car.  Two members of your team, she could not remember their names but said it was a young man and a young woman, helped her with the navigation on her phone to locate her keys and get her back into the locked suite.  She called this morning to provide praise and a great deal of thanks for your team members that helped her out when they did not have to.  They went above and beyond their duties and I am appreciative.
