An enormously huge shout out to Makayla Hargrove! Thank you Makayla, for representing yourself and TPG with such professionalism! Stores and shoppers alike can feel safe knowing that YOU are on the job! It is clear that you take great pride in your job and your outstanding attention to detail lead to the apprehension of a shoplifter and the recovery of the stolen items! We are so proud of you! Good afternoon Paul, 

I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you in regards to one of your employees, Makayla. On Saturday June 25th 2016 the Security team along with the Fairlawn Police Department were searching for a shoplifter who had reportedly concealed a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise from one of our retailers. The description of the female was put out over the radio for all units. Makayla spotted a female who matched the description given and immediately notified security of her location. without her assistance we would not have been able to locate this woman. A security unit had already given the “all clear” signal for the food court prior to her transmission.The female was stopped and arrested down the street as a result of her assistance. The store was able to retrieve all of their merchandise. As I went over to thank her for helping out she quickly removed her gloves and shook my hand politely introducing herself. I felt the character she displayed was a great example of team work between departments and was impressed with how she presented herself to me when I went to thank her. I hope you pass along to her how greatly appreciated her help was to not only the Security staff but also the Fairlawn Police Department.
