Good morning and Happy Holidays.  I wanted to send along an email to offer recognition and appreciation for Knolly at Brighton Center for Specialty Care. Since day 1 he has gone above and beyond for this account.   The many challenges we have faced and still continue to face daily, he has tackled and offered solutions.  I can tell you with certainty that with recent events, the client would not be as “calm” as they are and that is solely due to having Knolly here.  He is here early, late, on weekends staying ahead of the problems so they have a minimal impact on the client. The client greatly appreciates his dedication and efforts, as do I. I know you are aware of his value but I wanted to share our appreciation as well.
