Hi Doug, I work part time for TPG on site at AIS equipment supply.  I reached out to get a few part numbers I needed for some products and was fortunate to have Kelly Cousino answer my call.  I cannot tell you how awesome she’s been.  Very polite, professional and has gone above and beyond.  She’s followed up and even volunteered to drop an item off to me at the job site since it’s very close to her house.  WOW!!
