Just wanted to give a shot out to Earl Jackson the DM of Pontiac Schools.  The floor machine at one of our biggest schools was down.  Instead of waiting on the repair appointment  Earl took the initiative and was able to  fix it himself  and now the floors are shinning!!!!!!
