This is what I wrote up in the JLL #1 Team Business Partner Award Portal to nominate Donnell for Q4:

On 10/26 Donnell notified me that we had a serious clog in one of our men’s toilets. We only have one men’s restrooms at this site and there are no on site maintenance techs. Donnell went above and beyond assisting me with the issue from identifying the issue, notifying me, his willingness to help and learn how to use tools that were new to him. Together, we successfully cleared the issue, he cleaned everything up and was even able to keep a sense of humor about it! We were able to keep costs down for the client and avoided having to make an emergency call to the plumber by self performing. Thank you Donnell for being such a great business partner!
