Just wanted you to know that Darius provided excellent customer service today. I passed by the ladies room on 21 and one of those instantaneous queues had formed. Without hesitation, Darius stopped his cleaning and let us all muck the place up. He was gracious and kind. I can’t imagine a more awkward situation for a young man in his position, but he handled it very professionally. Thought you’d want to know.
