Hi Dana,

Thank you for your quick response yesterday to address a couple of issues at Fox.  Niece really appreciated you coming to talk with her about Keith on day shift (he’s here today and has an update).  Also, it worked out well that you were able to see & talk with John about the hat issue.  I really appreciate how quickly you jumped into action and handled these things, even while on “holiday mode”.
