I would like to give a huge shout out to Alison Ross in the finance department for her excellent work on taking control of the COVID billing over the last few months. With all of the sites going dark, reducing work or not having a change at all, keeping track how much we need to bill has been extremely challenging. She is an invaluable asset to the administrative team.
