Hello Bill,

As stated in my recent phone call, I would like to give recognition to one of your employees, Yolanda.  I have worked at the hospital for 19 yrs and Yolanda does such a wonderful job of keeping the restroom in the PB1 basement spotless .  The best I have ever seen in all of my 19ys.  I feel that if an associate does a good job they should be recognized and I would like Yolanda to be recognized.
