At about 2:45 p.m. this afternoon, I was waiting in line at the postal station. A woman in a wheelchair stopped, adjusted the heights of her chair, and maneuvered back and forth back and forth to get close to the door so that she could push the handicap access button to leave the building. She managed to get through the first set of doors, but she ran into some difficulty. I had been watching to see if she needed my assistance, but before I could move, one of your housekeeping staff (Sonia) very quickly moved to her aid and depressed the button for her. By the way, I have said more than once that dust and dirt would not dare to land on any surface in this building. Your people take care of it quite efficiently. My compliments to Tower City Management for employing Sonia and all the others who do such a commendable job.
