I just wanted to give a shout-out to one of your cleaning staff at the Corporate Service Building. I was very grateful to her this morning—I accidentally dropped my bag and my cabbage soup lunch spilled all over the hall carpet. Her cart was right where I spilled, so I started using the paper towels on her cart to clean up the mess. She showed up a couple minutes later and took over, getting some all-purpose cleaner to clean the stain. I told her I would do it since I spilled it, but she insisted on cleaning it up for me. That was very kind of her and I just wanted to acknowledge her conscientiousness and let you know you have a wonderful employee.
