A BIG shout out to Rafael Merlos for living Pro-Am 8: I am committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done right. Wow Rafael it sounds like you are really killing it over at Circle Centre Mall! Outstanding! Just wanted you to know that we think you’re awesome!

I would like to tell you how pleased I am with the results and effort put forth by Rafael.  He has changed everything from top to bottom.  His staff is better trained and firing on all cylinders.   The mall has not looked this good for quite some time.   I receive nothing but complements from the garage management.   They all have noticed the improvement of the garage cleanliness.  Our once a week one page emails from the garages are now only a few small items.  Things are improving daily.  There are still issues he is working to improve, but we are moving forward not backwards.  High dusting and glass are the propriety right now and he has a game plan for them.
