PRO-AM 14: I AM AWARE OF THINGS AROUND ME THAT OTHERS MAY NOT NOTICE

Today a gentleman named Bob went out of his way to come down to the office to compliment Mike’s work and his ongoing work ethic. He was very complimentary about Mike’s thoroughness, attention to detail and consistency as he is often in the mall and sees Mike’s work.

I am surprised when people do this as the office and the visit is truly out of their way and takes effort. I want to be sure you were aware of this compliment and of Mike’s hard work.
