To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to take the time and let you know what a fantastic job Lori is doing cleaning our department. Since I have been here, there has not been someone that has been thorough and efficient as she is. She goes above and beyond any housekeeper I have seen yet. She definitely pays attention to every detail in this department such as windows, waiting room chair, walls, pictures, etc. This is every day not just once in a while. Yesterday, she pulled the bed away from the wall and literally was on her hands and knees cleaning our bed frames. This is an exceptional employee to your organization. Please give her the credit where credit is due. She surely deserves the recognition.
