Can I just tell you how great it is having you in HR now!  The speed with which you are processing background checks and applications for our out-of-state malls is so helpful to our site managers. 

You have been basically cutting the normal wait times in half, if not more, from the time we interview somebody to the time we get them on the floor and that is extremely helpful to us.
