Doug, I wanted to take this time to let you know how refreshing it is to work with your Assistant, Kristin she is a true breath of fresh air.  She makes my life a little easier, I feel like she has an accurate handle on urgency as it relates to our business, great follow through and just a delight to work with.  You really have a great person looking after you and the company, you are blessed!  Please treat her well as she is a true gem.
