Keith is attentive, courteous and professional in his interactions with our facility staff. He seems to have a wide knowledge base in facilities maintenance and handles the problems brought up in short order. He goes the extra step to make sure problems are addressed and that the facility appearance is something we can take pride in as representing our work.
