Hi Donell,A passenger called the hotline to compliment two of our professionals, Keyahjah Shelton and Gloria Winbush.Tom Scott is from Traverse City and he is in the North Terminal people watching while waiting for his flight. He was watching Keyahjah dusting the moving walkway and he was very impressed with her work quality. He figured most people doing that job would just briskly walk through with a duster but Keyahjah was very thorough as she dusted, he even observed her going back over areas when she saw something and making sure she got in the corners real good. He also said that she looked like she was “having a good time, dusting away.”He was so impressed by her that he stopped another professional, Gloria Winbush, to ask Keyahjah’s name and the phone number for her supervisor so he could pass on his compliments.
