We recently used the Professional Group to clean up the Masonic temple for a very important event last week.  Overall your entire team was amazing to work with and did an amazing job!  The client and the Masonic were both very pleased and we will definitely keep you in mind for future events!  In terms of your email and your services please see below:

1. Communication of service: Wonderful, your team met us for a walk thru of the space and assessed all the necessary requests for cleaning and we heard from you later that day with a quote.  It was quick and easy.
2. Quality of your service:  Excellent, the woodwork and floors were sparkling!  Looked wonderful!
3. Professionalism of your staff: Wonderful, they kept me in the loop by calling my cell regarding an issue that arrived when they got onsite at the Masonic and let me know of the situation.  They were very professional and great to work with.  When we met in person for the walk thru they were nice and very helpful and throughout in inspecting the spaces that we asked them to clean.
