David from McKinley had an employee of his accidentally plow in their own supply door during a snow event. Greg Smith our Colman driver arrived with pallets of icemelter with no where to put the pallets. We called the customer and explained the situation. Our customer apologized, but said he had no one in the area and told us to just drop the pallets where they would have to hand load into their storage.

Greg Smith knew hand loading would be a huge inconvenience for the customer, so he looked around a bit and found a shovel. Greg then took the time to shovel a pathway to the storage and placed the product into storage!!! Way to go Greg!
