A super duper giant shout out to Dianne Lamb and LaWanda Fluckes! We are so happy to have professionals like you on our team! As a TPG professional, we know that you see things that others don’t! It’s YOUR attention to detail that makes us the best in the business! Pro-Am 14: I am aware of things around me that others may not notice. 

At this time, I would like to compliment you and your staff for the vast improvement in the cleaning of the building. 

Dianne Lamb – Dianne has been with us since we opened the building in 2013.  She pays great attention to detail and consistently goes, “above and beyond” her normal duties.  She also assists with correcting minor (i.e. light bulbs) building issues by reporting these to the appropriate building manager.  Dianne makes sure that we, the customers, are satisfied with her work and always asks if there is something more that she can do.

LaWanda Fluckes – although new to the building crew – she is off to a great start.  I have noticed her paying close attention to the main lobby to make sure that it is vacuumed and the chairs are cleaned.  I have also noticed that bathroom stalls and elevator doors are polished and clean! This is a vast improvement from before.
