Good Afternoon Bill,

I wanted to reach out to you regarding your associate DeShawn Harris.  While Sha was off he was our contact and go to if there were any issues.  Let me start by saying he was FABULOUS!  He was present in the suite, checking areas and correcting issues he found.  I didn’t have to reach out once to him as he was already on top of the situation.  You can tell he takes a great deal of pride in what he does.  I was so relieved to see that my suite was not going to fall apart because Sha was off.  I really cannot say enough positive things about him!

I also want to take this opportunity to recognize Sha.  I never have to worry if something is being addressed or done because she is already on it.  The care and compassion she puts into her work shines for all to see.  She really takes so much pride in keeping our building clean, functionable and safe.  On so many different occasions she has stepped out of her box and taken on more than what is expected of her.  I for one couldn’t do what I do for my office/associates/providers and patients if it wasn’t for her!  I truly hope TPG is recognizing her.  I know that myself and my team absolutely love her and know she will get the job done (regardless of what that job is).
