Hi Dave,

I have been working with Chuck for the last four weeks on a very important cleaning project involving Ascension Healthcare.  The scope included detailed cleaning of Units within both the Southfield and Novi hospitals, along with stripping and waxing of the floors after our work.  Chuck has been great on making sure the timelines are met and being flexible with the schedule.  The quality of workmanship that Patrick and his team are delivering is excellent as well.  The client is VERY happy with everything.  In fact, I walked some areas yesterday at the Southfield location with Chuck and my contact to look at additional work that he’d like TPG to do.  I just wanted you to know how impressed I and the client have been.
