A fantastically huge shout out to Chris Court for his out of this world communication!! We truly do hire people and work with people who believe what we believe! Chris (our pro) and Linda (our client) are both clearly very passionate about communication, and so are we! Great job Chris! Hi Kevin,

It was a pleasure speaking with you today. I do want to let you know that your supervisor Chris came into my office this week. He just wanted to make sure everything was going well and to inform me of the mowing plans. I asked him to please come in weekly to get new maps, so we can go over any changes.

I do want to let you know how impressed I was with him. He showed such genuine enthusiasm and dedication, you truly could see how much pride he takes  in his work. He also really wants to make sure were a satisfied customer.  It was definitely refreshing to see!
