Pro-Am 8: I am committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.

I spoke with Josh today at Clarksburg premium outlets. He told me me how impressed and happy they are at all three outlets that we have started since October. 

They are in the final stages of building a brand-new premium outlet in Norfolk Virginia. The grand opening of that one will be in June and he will be sending the RFP out in about two weeks.

This will be a similar construction/start up like it was at Clarksburg and he is hopeful that our numbers will come in strong because everybody is pulling for us to get that property as well.
