Roseville Walking Circuit
I know all of our PROfessionals are mindful of their health and well being. With the generous amount of time we have for lunch, adding some walking into our daily regimen while at work would be a great health benefit after the meal is eaten since physical activity aids in digestion. Groesbeck is not a friendly environment for walkers and we have fair amount of land adjacent to Groesbeck that is not currently being used other than for greenery/lawn with no walkways or paths. Perhaps a small level gravel or asphalt walking track can be put in place that loops around the outer edge of the entire front lawn dipping back toward the outdoor break/smoking area. A brisk walk for 15-30 minutes can improve mood and creativity, reduce high blood pressure, lower your risk for heart disease and diabetes, and increase clarity and focus better than a cup of coffee!
