Referral Program

Develop and implement a referral incentive structure for current professionals who refer new professionals who are hired and remain with TPG for a determined period of time. A financial compensation will provide strong incentive for current professionals to seek out high performing and reliable individuals for TPG’s open positions.

  1. This is a great idea. I think that we know best what it takes to be a TPG Professional –and can recommend new hires accordingly. Also, it will save HR a lot of time with recruiting and hopefully reduce turnover. Good idea!
