Feedback

We should roll-out an anonymous technology-driven suggestion box. Think “Holy Cow! Ideas” without knowing who submitted the idea. This could be for general suggestions/thoughts/ideas/complaints/feedback, etc. on TPG and how we can improve as a whole. My vision for this is something like survey monkey or similar that allows Professionals to share directly to the executive team anonymously how they feel and what they believe could be improved.

There was a short article (https://blog.knowyourcompany.com/the-importance-of-feedback-in-the-workplace-9e0a90634d85) I read that summarized the importance of feedback down to three reasons:
Reason #1: Feedback helps you make better decisions.
Reason #2: Feedback helps employees do their best work.
Reason #3: Feedback makes you a better leader.

Ideally, I think a non-required survey would be a good start with open fields to expand on the question/answer more along with a comment box at the end.
