Create A Policy And Designated Area For Walk In Customers At Colman Wolf

Create a policy and have an area that we can direct walk in customers to when they unexpectedly show up to place a will call order. This way they are not awkwardly standing behind us at our desk when we place the order for them. Perhaps in the warehouse area where they sign for the pick ups?

  1. This is a great idea! Since I’ve moved to the front of the office, it is awkward for me to know how to greet walk-in’s. Instead of just having them sit and wait until I can talk to you or Les, it would be nice to be able to direct them to where they need to go.
