Pro-Am 8: I am committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.

A client requested to be invoiced by 5PM Friday last week for work completed at a job site. With the deadline quickly approaching, the invoice was not ready and there was no plan to resolve the issues and meet the clients’ deadline. I have no idea what magic Eva worked, but she got involved, rallied the troops and that invoice was sent just before the deadline.  Exemplifying PRO AM #8 “I am committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done right”.
